Prysmata is a new category of agentic platform: tools that think, prepare, and act like seasoned domain experts, in service of the human professionals using them.
In ancient Greek, prysmata means "many prisms."
A prism does not create light. It reveals what was always inside it — separating what appeared simple into the full spectrum that was there all along.
That is what Prysmata does for the professionals who use it.
A benefits broker carries years of market knowledge: who is renewing, which employers are growing, which relationships are warm, which carriers are shifting. The intelligence exists. The problem is bandwidth — there are never enough hours to act on what you already know.
Prysmata is the prism. It takes the raw signal of a producer's market and refracts it into clarity: researched prospects, prepared outreach, prioritized actions. The opportunity was always there. Prysmata makes it visible.
We start with benefits brokerage because it is one of the most signal-rich, relationship-dependent businesses in the country — and one of the least equipped with tools that truly understand how it works. But the principle extends to every field where experts build livelihoods through trust: wealth management, commercial insurance, real estate, legal services, and beyond.
Many industries. Many prisms. One mission: illuminate the opportunity.
Our mission is to give the world's most relationship-driven professionals an AI counterpart worthy of their craft. One that amplifies their expertise, learns their voice, and clears the way for the work that only they can do.
Our first product is built for employee benefits brokerage. Producers in this industry don't fail because they're bad at the work. They fail because there aren't enough hours in the day to do the work that surrounds the work.
Prysmata changes that. It researches, drafts, organizes, and prepares before the day begins, so producers walk into every conversation already ahead. Other industries are next. The same principles apply.
A producer's voice is their reputation. A consultant's judgment is their value. We do not ship features that compromise either one. We do not train on customer data. We do not move quickly when moving carefully matters more.
Every decision at Prysmata is made through one filter: would the most demanding professional in this industry trust this in their workflow? If the answer is anything other than yes, we keep building.
Prysmata is led by Joseph Fagan, a designer with two decades of experience building systems for human interaction at Audi, Rivian, and the Mercedes-Benz Advanced UX Studio. He is joined by Andrew Oram, formerly Western Regional Sales Director at Point C Health, and Brenda Fagan-Johnson, an entrepreneur who helped pioneer self-funding in San Diego.
